Prolog ramps up finance handling for charity sector
Prolog ramps up finance handling for charity sector

Fulfilment house Prolog has opened a secure financial processing centre within one of the two contact centres at its site in the East Midlands. It is large for a new resource of this kind, offering 40-seat capacity. Prolog says it will help the company to consolidate its position as a key supplier for various well-known charitable organisations.

The facility is equipped with closed-circuit TV and up-to-date security and fire prevention equipment. It is designed to streamline the processing, scanning and banking of up to 100,000 donations a day.

Prolog says its not-for-profit clients can benefit from sophisticated e-commerce solutions, including web site development and hosting. Advisors in its multi-channel, fully integrated contact centres handle more than 2,000 calls daily from supporters of good causes, accepting donations and orders for merchandise, or answering queries and concerns.
